BANQUET (Policies and guidlines)

1. Prices are guaranteed with a letter of confirmation and signed contract.
2. All food and beverage are subject to sales tax and 15% on top of total bill. 18% gratuity for off site caterings.
3. Guaranteed number of guests attending a meeting or function must be specified to the Prime N Wine 48 hours prior to the event. Larger groups must provide preliminary counts one week in advance. If no motification is made, the contracted number is the guarantee number.
4. Charges for all banquets will be assessed on 100% of guarantee number or the actual number served, whichever is greater.
5. All wedding receptions require a deposit of $500.00 to formally reserved the reception room. The Deposit applies towards charges incurred for the actual rececption. It is a non refundalble deposit upon cancellation or postponement of the date secured. The balance of the reception is payable the day of the function.
6. Prices are based on food charges only. There are no charges added to the price of a wedding reception for the room.
7. All food and beverages served in banquet and meeting rooms must be provided by the Prime N Wine with the exception of special cakes or desserts not provided by the Prime N Wine. There is a charge if the Prime N Wine serves the cakes or desserts brought in.
8. There is a $1.95 plate charge for serving the cakes and desserts not provided by the Prime N Wine.
9. Separate checks are not an option on groups above 30 persons.
10. Buffets are not seved for groups fewer than 50 persons.
